| FN 303 Less Lethal Launcher Armorer Certification |

| The FN 303 Less Lethal Launcher Armor Course is intended for personnel responsible for the maintenance and inventory of the FN303 less lethal system. The purpose of this course is to familiarize the student with the operation and the maintenance of the system, to explain the removal, the reinstallation, the repair and/or the replacement of the component parts. Upon successful completion of the individual course the student is certified as FN Less Lethal Armor. This Armor certification enables the student to properly maintain and manage an internal agency’s armory of FN 303 Launchers. This responsibility includes establishing policies and procedures for internal agency training, conducting light to heavy maintenance, inspections, and inventory management and assisting operators with their maintenance, handling, and proper use. This certification is intended to only cover the ability to administer and maintain the weapons and the weapon management system. This course is not intended to qualify the student to train and/or certify other students for operators or instructor’s qualifications. |

| The FN 303 LESS LETHAL LAUNCHER Instructor Course is designed to augment the NET training and provide lifelike dynamic scenarios in a safe, controlled environment where students will apply their acquired knowledge and new skill sets. This class is designed to certify students as an FN 303 Less Lethal Launcher instructor. The student will be trained in the proper techniques of the safe operation, care and cleaning and deployment of the FN 303 Less Lethal Launcher. Students will also be trained to perform related maintenance on the FN 303 Less Lethal Launcher. Once certified as instructors, they will be able to incorporate policies, procedures and training to certify FN 303 operators within their agencies. This course is certified by FNH USA, and students will be certified upon completion for a period of two years. |

| The Evolution of Mindset Weapons System Course at LMS Defense is an intense experience that is fast-paced and designed to elevate your skill sets to the next level of performance. The Mindset Weapons System Formulas (Dynamic Autogenics) go beyond helping you achieve a high score in your chosen shooting activity but is the ultimate weapons and tactics administrator that may be a determining factor in your survivability, whatever your mission. The Evolution of Mindset Weapons System Course at LMS Defense may be the most mentally and physically intense three-day course you will ever experience but acquiring the ability to use the Mindset Weapons System Formulas may be the difference between basic competency and becoming a skilled weapons manipulator. Typically, in most courses, the topic of mindset is only a brief presentation or afterthought with little or no application. The Mindset Weapons System Course at LMS Defense is intense and demanding.
Each day starts with a morning session in the LMS classroom, taught by Neal H. Olshan, PhD. In the afternoon and evening sessions are under the direction of John (Chappy) Chapman were you would apply The Mindset Weapons System Formulas while utilizing live fire pistol and carbine skills in the Mindset Challenges. During the live fire training (Challenges) you will be wearing a heart rate device utilizing the new Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy (Bluetooth Smart) technology that will provide real-time data. This data stream will enable immediate feedback to the participants and enhance the development of higher-level skill sets. Additionally, all Challenges are videotaped for further analysis and After Action reviews each morning. After Day One, you will be assigned your unique MINDSET EFFECTIVENESS ZONE which identifies your optimal mindset heart rate parameters for cognitive and neuromuscular functioning.
Chapman and Olshan have designed the Challenges to place you in (controlled) high stress/failure situations were utilization of the Mindset Weapons System Formulas while maintaining a heart rate that stays within the MINDSET EFFECTIVENESS ZONE will be essential.
Upon completion of the course, each participant will receive a free subscription to the monthly newsletter, “LMS MINDSET WEAPONS SYSTEM”, were you will find articles and Challenges that will further refine your skills. Vehicle Counterassaults
1 Day (10 hours)
Includes fighting from inside moving and stationary soft skin vehicles, exiting vehicles in high threat areas and under fire, fighting from and around vehicle exteriors, engaging targets located in and around vehicles, small team counterassaults from vehicle based positions, and assault deployment from vehicles.
CQB Cell Tactics
2 Days (20 hours)
Includes 4 man cell tactics for use inside structures, using movement, SIMS and live fire evolutions. Focuses on team assaults, building / area re-seizures, principal recovery and extraction (PRE), and safe area seizure / ALAMO operations. Includes day operations, night operations, and (student equipment dependant) NVG / IR CQB operations.
Integrated Team Operations

| The LMS Defense Battle Rifle 1 Course is a mentally and physically challenging class designed to equip the battle rifle user with the skills and techniques necessary for the effective employment of this versatile system on the domestic and overseas battlefield. This standards based course includes rifle set up and zero, optics and support equipment options, rifle manipulation, close and intermediate range open environment engagements, techniques and considerations for use of the rifle indoors, integration of the battle rifle into carbine equipped teams, and ongoing self training tools.
Rifles appropriate for this course include, FN SCAR H/17S, PWS Mk 214/216, LWRC REPR, Knights ECM, M14/M1A, HK91, FN FAL, or other suitable semi-automatic 7.62X51 mm NATO Battle Rifle. Non-magnified or low variable-power optics are recommended for this course.

This course is designed to teach students how to get the most out of this system as a training aid. The course focuses on using the Rimfire Carbine at 25 meters to strengthen skills and techniques that can be directly translated to the full power M4 system. Students learn to utilize specialized drills, targets and tests in order to effectively train with the system.
LMS Defense recommends the Smith & Wesson M&P 22-15 for rimfire training, however any 22lr semiautomatic system is welcome in class. Rental carbines are available. |

| How much of your life do you spend in a vehicle? If you are a commuting citizen, quite a bit. If you are an active law enforcement officer, about 3/4 of your career is spent in a vehicle. The Vehicle Defense Course is designed to train the student in life saving skills and tactics in, on and around vehicles. This course consists of one day of driving and one day of shooting. You will learn to use your car as a weapon, and your weapon around your car. The 2 day course includes hands on driver training in high speed vehicle maneuvers, backing, PITT avoidance, ramming and slow speed defensive maneuvering. The shooting portion of the course focuses on defensive shooting from and around the vehicle and an extensive vehicle ballistics lab.
The one day course format will focus primarily on shooting in and around vehicles, best practices for deploying your weapon, using a vehicle as cover or concealment, and extensive use of unconventional firing positions. When possible a ballistics lab will be conducted depending on range regulations. |

This course will work to hone your cognitive processes and actions if you are involved in an off duty enforcement of defense incident. This one day course also sets the student up to get the full learning potential out of a two day Carbine One or similar course. It will focus on multiple target engagements, taking a precision pistol shots and the use of cover and concealment.
